Quality: A comprehensive service – we undertake a site survey to measure openings – the product is then processed for manufacture and installation is undertaken by experienced, trained and qualified personnel. All our products are manufactured to the relevant British or European standard, and are CE marked in accordance with the Construction Products Regulation.
Aftersales: All our products are guaranteed and we provide a written guarantee with every order. We have a dedicated aftersales administrator and service engineers to deliver a professional aftercare service.
The Environment: Mourne Windows and Doors recognise the need to look after the planet and we strive to be as environmentally friendly as possible. In addition to providing a wide range of thermally efficient products we also have a proactive waste management policy under which we recycle all windows, doors and glass that we remove from customers homes. These are then reprocessed into new products which are then used in various industries thus avoiding the need for landfill

As GGF members we follow the best practice guidelines and standards recommended by the Federation. As members of the GGF all of our customers benefit from a piece of mind Deposit Indemnity Scheme. The GGF Consumer Code of Practice which we follow has been
approved by the Trading Standards Institute.

Our products are CE marked and certified, ensuring all required standards are met. As GGF members we comply with their Code of Practice. The GGF's Consumer Code of Practice is approved by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute.
Our guarantee
Mourne Windows & Doors guarantee to repair where we deem it to be practicable and appropriate, and if not, to replace, due to defective materials or workmanship. The following guarantees applicable from the contract date for contracts that are supplied and installed by Mourne Windows & Doors. • PVCu and Aluminium Frames - 10 years • Insulating Glass Units - 10 years (including condensation between the glasses of the units) • Composite Doors - 10 years on the door and 1 year on the hardware • Door Panels - 5 years on the panel and 1 year on the hardware • All hardware and moving parts on any product - 1 year Transferrable warranties - should you sell your property, you can advise the buyer that the guarantee can be transferred to the new owners for an administration fee. Guarantees are only applicable when the contract is paid in full. Our full terms and conditions of sale are included on the reverse of our contracts.
