standards in Glass. The GGF is also the voice of the industry in local and national politics helping shape and influence policy and legislation. As well as offering an array of benefits to its members, the GGF guides and protects homeowners when buying glass or glazing products and services.

2. CE Marking and Certification -The Construction Products Regulation is enforceable across the entire European Union. All construction products covered by a harmonised European Standard will need to have a 
Declaration of Performance made and be CE marked in accordance with the requirements of the harmonised European Norm (Hen) covering that product when placed on the market.

3. Trading Standards Institute Approved - All GGF Members that sell directly to consumers must comply with the GGF Consumer Code of Practice. The GGF's Consumer Code of Practice has been approved by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute.

D. Our Guarantee

Mourne Windows and Doors guarantee to repair where we deem it to be practicable and appropriate, and if not, to replace, due to defective materials or workmanship the following guarantees applicable from the contract date for contracts that are supplied and installed by Mourne Windows and Doors.

 - PVCu and Aluminium Frames - 10 years
 - Insulating Glass Units - 10 years (including condensation between the glasses of the units)
 - Composite Doors - 10 years on the door and 1 year on the hardware
 - Door Panels - 5 years on the panel and 1 year on the hardware
 - All hardware and moving parts on any product - 1 year

Transferrable warranties - should you sell your property, you can advise the buyer that the guarantee can be transferred to the new owners for an administration fee.

Guarantees are only applicable when the contract is paid in full.

products into homes of all types and ages can be complicated and we recognise that very occasionally
things can go wrong.
